We are a cashless site, please bring alternative methods of payment. We accept most debit/credit cards (not AMEX) and contactless payments. All The Big Cat Sanctuary stalls and shops will only accept card payment.
Bookings for this event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Guests are not permitted to bring animals on-site. It is NOT acceptable for dogs to be left in cars and action will be taken. We reserve the right to decline admission if you bring animals to the Sanctuary. This also applies to assistance dogs.
At the Sanctuary, we try to be as accessibility friendly as possible and are always looking at ways to improve and develop this.
Most of our site is accessible and wheelchair friendly with tarmacked roads, however being an outdoor site some areas may harder to navigate. Feel free to check with a member of staff if you do have queries while on site. We have accessible toilets in Heritage Lodge at the front of the site, (located on the site map) plus extra portable toilets.
