How much does my membership cost?

Your membership can be either a monthly or annual payment from: £15 per month / £180 per year £10 per month/£120 per year £5 per month/£60 per year

What is an APEX membership? 

Become an Apex Club member for £1,000 a year and help care for our magnificent big and small cats while supporting crucial conservation projects worldwide. Be part of something extraordinary. For those who care deeply, act boldly, and stand proudly for conservation.

 

What are the membership benefits?

As a member, you will receive a membership pack including a limited edition pin badge, exclusive emails and bi-monthly email newsletters on the Sanctuary, and a chance to visit the Sanctuary during our Members Day events.

 

When are the Members’ Days this year?

The Big Cat Sanctuary will hold Members’ Day events throughout the year. You will receive an email a few months before with more details about the event and how to book.

How do I update my personal details?

You can contact us by emailing membership@thebigcatsanctuary.org and we can update your personal details.

How do I renew my membership?

Memberships automatically renew each month or yearly. Thank you for your continued support.

 

How can I change my membership amount? 

If you wish to change the amount of your membership, you will need to cancel your membership and join at the new amount you wish to donate.

 

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by contacting us 01233 439150 or by emailing membership@thebigcatsanctuary.org. You can also cancel the direct debit directly with your bank.

How soon will my membership pack arrive?

We will aim to dispatch membership packs as soon as possible, with an estimated delivery time of around one week. They will be sent via 2nd class Royal Mail.

 

What is Gift Aid?

Gift aid is an opportunity for The Big Cat Sanctuary to claim additional funds from the HMRC if you are a UK Taxpayer, this is no additional charge to yourself. Every £1 you give could be worth £1.25 to us, helping us fund our charitable work. These additional funds help us to care for our cats and support conservation worldwide.
