Education Bookings
Regarding educational bookings, it is imperative that payments are remitted within two weeks of receiving the invoice. After this period, the payments will be deemed overdue, and we retain the discretion to terminate your scheduled visit. Please note that we cannot accommodate on-site visits or outreach engagements until full payment has been received. Education visits not paid in full 10 days before the scheduled date of visit will be cancelled. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your educational session, kindly inform us at education@thebigcatsanctuary.org.
In the event you wish to cancel your Education Session the following charges are applied:
Up to 14 days prior to your visit, lose 25% of total
Up to 7 days prior to your stay lose 50% of total
Cancellation on the day all monies lost
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, The Big Cat Sanctuary will arrange to reschedule your Education Session free of charge; you will be given as much warning as possible.
The Big Cat Sanctuary cannot be held liable for any costs including (but not limited to) travel expenses or pre-booked accommodation costs (with other providers) incurred by the participant in the event of a cancellation
Tickets for events or experiences purchased from The Big Cat Sanctuary may not be used by third parties to run competitions, promotions, or giveaways without our prior written consent.
General Information
Photographs: All BCS website and social media images are protected by copyright. Unauthorised use prohibited. Please contact photography@thebigcatsanctuary.org for image licensing enquiries or when booking a professional 1-1 Photography Workshop.
Photography Notice at Events: Photographs and video footage may be taken during this event for use in our marketing, promotional and communications materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know before the event or speak to a member of the event team on arrival. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your wishes.
DOGS: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our Sanctuary and the fact that our primary objective is a stress free environment for our cats, no dogs are allowed on site.
