2021 Open Days tickets now on sale!

We are so excited to announce that we will be releasing more tickets for The Big Cat Sanctuary’s 2021 Open Days!

The Open Days will take place from Wednesday 28th July – Sunday 1st August.

Due to COVID-19 we are keeping the event to restricted numbers of people per session. We will be releasing more tickets to our morning session, 9 am – 1 pm.

These events are the Sanctuary’s biggest fundraiser of the year! It gives people an opportunity to see the amazing work we are doing to care for our cats and to contribute to conservation.

You’ll enjoy a fantastic family day out with a wonderful variety of stalls, cafes, and children’s activities to enjoy with the atmosphere of a country fair. And of course, the chance to see off our fabulous felines that call our Sanctuary home.

There are many keepers by enclosures to talk to and to ask questions to find out more information about the cats. We will also be having educational keeper talks to learn fascinating information about the different species of cats.

There is a possibility that our little baby Jaguar cub might be out and about over these days and we’re set to be joined in person by Giles Clark and some other exciting guests!

Please note tickets are limited to 4 people per ticket purchaser, including under 3-year-olds.  Please also note that 3 – 15-year-olds must be accompanied by a paying adult holding their own valid ticket.  Under 3-year-olds are entitled to free entry but must hold their own ticket. You can secure a free ticket for your under 3-year-old when buying your other tickets.

To ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and our cats, we will have a one-way system in place for people to follow, regular reminders to social distance, hand sanitiser stations around the site and masks will be mandatory in indoor areas.
