Book onto The Big Cat Sanctuary’s exclusive Adopter’s Afternoons, giving the perfect opportunity for adopters to come and visit the Sanctuary. Adopters play a crucial role in raising awareness and providing funds to ensure our cats receive proper care, including husbandry requirements, healthcare checks, food, and enrichment. All of which allow the cats to be as healthy and happy as possible at the Sanctuary. Become an adopter and you can visit the Sanctuary on our next Adopters Afternoon!
Gates open at 12:30pm and departure is at 3:30pm. Please see below the available dates for 2024 Adopter’s Afternoon.

Cat talks will take place during the afternoon, and you are welcome to walk around the site and our gift shop at your leisure. Adopters are also welcome to bring up to three guests for a cost of £30.00 per guest, payable at time of booking.

Our Adopter’s Afternoon includes:
- Three hours to explore the Sanctuary at your leisure with a maximum of 175 guests on site, ensuring an exclusive experience (12.30-3.30)
- Complimentary refreshments will be provided upon arrival
- Listen to an informative talk giving updates on our cats by one of our team members
- Enter our raffle for a chance to win a big cat hand feed
- The gift shop is open throughout the afternoon, so plenty of time to find your favourite BCS merchandise
As an adopter, you will receive an Adoption Pack, including a certificate, information pack about your cat and its species, bookmark, stickers, and a poster. You will have the opportunity to attend one of our exclusive Adopters Afternoons throughout the year, where you can bring up to three guests for a fee of £30 per person. An amazing day out at the Sanctuary for all to enjoy.
