Laurie will be talking about their work in the field in Somaliland and Namibia to tackle the challenges faced by the world’s fastest land mammal. They are using guarding dogs and implementing strategies to mitigate conflict and retaliation killings.

Cheetahs are also Africa’s most endangered larger cat with an estimated population of less than 7,000 individuals living in the wild in Africa. Whilst technically classed as a small cat, their incredible muscular frame suggests otherwise.
