This summer, we’re introducing two ways to get closer to the cats in our care. Whether you’re looking for an immersive afternoon with our keepers or a personal one-to-one encounter, there’s an experience designed for you.
See the Sanctuary in a completely new light. Our Guided Tours are exclusive, keeper-led experiences that take you on a 90-minute walking tour of the Sanctuary, with the stories of our cats and our conservation work brought to life by the people who know them best.
With full-day site access included from 9:30am, you’ll have plenty of time to soak up everything the Sanctuary has to offer before or after your tour. Groups are capped at just 10 guests, so every visit stays intimate, focused, and unhurried.
Guided Tours run every Saturday afternoon and must be booked in advance. Limited slots are available.

Step into something truly unforgettable. A Big Cat Encounter gives you an hour entirely dedicated to one incredible cat, chosen by you.
Select your species from Tigers, Lions, Jaguars, Cheetahs, and Leopards, and your expert keeper will introduce you to the individual cat you’ll be spending time with. You’ll hear about their character, their story, their welfare needs, and the conservation work that supports their wild counterparts. Then, three hand-feeding moments give you a connection that’s rare, considered, and completely unlike anything else.
Morning sessions are available for up to two feeding participants, with the option to bring additional guests along as spectators. However you choose to share it, this is a moment you won’t forget.
