Arrival & Access
- Enjoy full-day exclusive access to the Sanctuary from 9:30am-4:00pm after checking in at Heritage Lodge
- Please ensure you are in Heritage Lodge and ready to be seated for your booked Afternoon Tea sitting
Afternoon Tea Sittings
Afternoon Tea is served in two exclusive sittings to ensure an intimate experience:
- 12:00pm – 1:30pm
- 2:15pm – 3:45pm

- Afternoon Tea is priced per person
- Places are limited to protect the quality of the experience
- Late arrivals may miss part of the service
- Menus may vary seasonally
- This experience is available for all ages at a set price of £75 per person or £150 for two people
- There is a standard £25 admin fee for rescheduling or cancelling your booking
- While exploring the Sanctuary and enjoying your free time, we kindly ask that you remain mindful and considerate of other guest experiences taking place throughout the day.
