Over recent months, Flowbird has worked closely with the Sanctuary to implement a new CRM system, strengthening how supporter relationships are managed and improving engagement across the organisation. By bringing greater structure, clarity and efficiency through smarter CRM systems and automation, this work supports the Sanctuary’s conservation and rescue efforts in a practical and meaningful way. Flowbird specialises in platforms including Make.com, HaloCRM, Workbooks, Pipedrive and HubSpot, designing connected systems that fit people, not the other way around. Their calm, consultative approach is grounded in real experience, helping teams streamline processes and focus on what matters most.

Champneys at Eastwell Manor Spa and Hotel chain offer exceptional standards in beauty, fitness, nutrition and holistic wellbeing along with a luxurious hotel and restaurant. We are honoured to be given the opportunity to host an annual gala ball within the beautiful hotel setting which is sponsored by Champneys. The event raises thousands of pounds every year to support our conservation work.

The conservation charity Nature’s SAFE, one of Europe’s first living biobanks, is on a mission to Save Animals From Extinction. As animal populations decline, a point is reached when the genetic diversity essential for species survival is lost. As EAZA Biobank’s UK-based cryopreservation partner, Nature’s SAFE works with zoos and wildlife rescue centres to secure the future of animal biodiversity. They do this by storing cells and tissues from threatened wildlife species using advanced cryopreservation technologies, free of charge. Through developing next-generation genetic rescue approaches to restore diversity to threatened populations, Nature’s SAFE acts an insurance policy to prevent extinction.
